Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Weg2De Akademie's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Course Enrollment

When you enroll in a course, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Attend scheduled classes or utilize course materials as appropriate

3. Contract Terms & Commitment Periods

By enrolling in a course, you agree to the following minimum commitment periods:

• Standard: Standard Courses: 2-month minimum commitment with automatic monthly renewal thereafter
• Intensive: Intensive Courses: 3-month minimum commitment with automatic monthly renewal thereafter
• Conversation: Conversation Courses: No minimum commitment, flexible monthly subscription
• Private: Private 1-on-1 Sessions: No minimum commitment, flexible monthly subscription

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel anytime after your commitment period ends, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Cancellation during the minimum commitment period does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining commitment.

4. Payment Terms

All course fees must be paid in full before accessing course materials or attending classes. We accept payments through Stripe. Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Refund Policy

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, documents, and exercises, are the intellectual property of Weg2De Akademie. Students may not:

• Share course materials with non-enrolled students
• Record or distribute live class sessions
• Use materials for commercial purposes

7. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior during classes and interactions. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of our code of conduct without refund.

8. Service Modifications

Weg2De Akademie reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with reasonable notice to enrolled students.

9. Limitation of Liability

Weg2De Akademie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
